Draft demo — preview marketing site for the dispatcher service. Sample calls, reports, and figures are illustrative.

The dispatcher that books the job — not just takes the message.

Every call answered in your shop's name, 24/7 — nights, weekends, and while your crew is out on jobs. Callers get asked the right questions for their trade, then a real booking into Jobber, Google Calendar, or your own schedule book. Emergencies are paged to your on-call tech immediately — not left in an inbox.

60 seconds, your name + your trade, no sign-up. Or skip to the free audit — no card, no contract.

That's your shop, answered.

Now find out what happens on the calls nobody answers. The free 48-hour audit counts them on your own line and puts a dollar figure on them.

Show, don't tell

This is what lands on your phone — not a pitch deck

Two things the service produces: a booked job on your board, and a report that shows what your missed calls were worth. Both are yours from day one.

How it works

From ringing phone to booked job in one call

01

It answers as your shop

Your name, your greeting, your service area. Callers hear your business — not a call center, not a robot menu.

02

It asks your trade's questions

No-heat vs. no-cool. Active leak vs. dripping faucet. Sparking vs. a tripped breaker. The questions your best CSR asks, every time.

03

It books the job

A real slot in Jobber, Google Calendar, or your schedule book — with your rules for hours, techs, and job types. The customer gets a confirmation text before they hang up.

04

Emergencies page a human

Gas smell, sparking, flooding: callback number captured first, your on-call tech paged immediately, safety instructions given to the caller.

05

Live pilot — Starts the moment you say yes

Your report lands with the pilot offer inside it. Reply YES to the text — or tap start on your report page — and the dispatcher answers and books on your own line for 14 days, free.

Built per trade

Your trade's questions, not a generic script.

A burst pipe and a dead furnace are not the same call. Each trade has its own questions — the ones that decide whether it's a page-the-tech emergency or a Tuesday-morning booking.

Already paying a receptionist that only takes messages?

Message-taking services — and the answering add-ons bundled with your software — capture the call and hand the work back to you. A lead in your inbox still waits for your callback, and most jobs go to whoever books first. Switching keeps everything you have and adds the one thing that's missing: the booking.

Message-taking receptionist

  • Takes a name, number, and a note
  • Sends you an email or app summary
  • You call back — when you get a minute
  • Emergencies are an "urgent" flag in your inbox
  • Caller hangs up with nothing scheduled

Ring And Book dispatcher

  • Asks about the problem the way your trade does
  • Books a real slot before the caller hangs up
  • Confirmation text sent to the customer on the spot
  • Emergencies page your on-call tech immediately
  • You wake up to a job on the board, not a message to chase

The free audit

If the audit finds nothing, you've lost nothing.

Most shops don't know their missed-call number — they just feel the slow weeks. The audit measures it on your own line, for free, before you decide anything.

Listen-only, by design

For 48 hours the audit counts and classifies the calls you miss. It doesn't book, quote, or change anything about how your shop runs.

Emergencies still page you

Listen-only never means ignored. A gas smell or a flooding basement during the audit pages your on-call tech immediately, like always.

Your numbers before you pay

The report shows missed calls, would-be jobs, and the dollar figure — from your line, not industry averages. Then you decide.

Spam never bills

Spam and sales calls never bill. Robocalls, telemarketers, and hang-ups are filtered out of your count — you pay for real customer calls.

Cheaper plan fits? We move you — up automatically, down only with your say-so

If a bigger plan is cheaper at your pace, we move you up automatically and text you it happened. If a smaller plan fits better, we tell you and offer the move — we never drop you to a cheaper plan silently mid-cycle.

Slow season? Pause, don't cancel

Pause at half price and keep your number, your setup, and your history. One text brings it back when the phones heat up.

Overage: $1.29 per call beyond your plan's allowance. One-time setup fee $399 — waived when you start from your free audit report. No long-term contract; turn it off anytime, in seconds.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Does it book jobs, or just take messages?

It books. The caller answers the right questions for your trade, then gets a real appointment — written into Jobber, Google Calendar, or your own schedule book — and a confirmation text before they hang up. For paper schedules, the booking is held until you confirm by text, so nothing lands on your book without your say-so. A message is what you get only when the caller doesn't want to book.

What happens on an emergency call?

Three things, in order. First, it captures the callback number, so the caller can always be reached. Second, it pages your on-call tech immediately with the details — no inbox, no waiting until morning. Third, it gives the caller safety instructions while they wait: for a gas smell, leave the house and call 911 or the gas utility; for sparking or a burning smell, stop using the circuit and don't touch the panel.

What if I don't use any scheduling software?

Then you run in paper-schedule mode. We capture your weekly hours, your techs, and the job types you take. The dispatcher offers only slots inside that book, holds the booking, and texts you to confirm — reply YES and the customer gets their confirmation; reply NO and we follow up to reschedule. Plenty of our shops run on a wall calendar and a notebook; the system was built for that, not in spite of it.

What if my customers speak Spanish?

They get a person, not a half-finished booking. When a caller speaks Spanish, the dispatcher captures their name, number, and what they need, and a fluent Spanish-speaking member of our team calls them back promptly to complete the booking. We'd rather promise a fast human callback than fumble someone's emergency in a language we can't finish the job in.

Will it quote prices to my customers?

Only a range you gave it — and by default, none. Out of the box it never quotes, estimates, or ballparks: when a caller asks "how much?", it books a free estimate visit instead and notes the question in the job so you walk in knowing price is on their mind. If you WANT a standard range quoted (say, your service-call fee), put it in your price book and it will quote exactly that — nothing more, nothing invented. Your pricing stays yours.

Can I turn it off?

Yes — anytime, and it takes seconds. Forwarding comes off your own phone with the same steps we showed you at setup (we walk every owner through the off switch before we hang up). No call to support, no retention flow, no notice period. The same idea pauses the service for slow season at half price while keeping your number and setup intact — arrange the pause with us, then one text, RESUME, brings it back when the phones heat up.

What does the free audit capture?

For 48 hours, the audit counts and classifies every missed call on your line — would-be jobs, emergencies, spam, and everything else — using only the start of each call. It's listen-only: no booking, no quoting, no changes to how your shop runs. The report shows your missed-call count, how many were real jobs, the dollar value at your average ticket, and a callback list of the numbers. And emergencies during the audit still page you live — listen-only never means ignored.

What happens after the audit?

When your report lands, it brings a free 14-day pilot with it. Say yes and the pilot starts right there — same number, same forwarding. Say no, or say nothing, and nothing starts: we never switch your calls from counted to answered without your yes.

Find out what your missed calls cost. It takes 48 hours and $0.

Start with the free audit. If your number comes back clean, you've lost nothing. If it doesn't, you'll know exactly what answering is worth — in your own numbers.

  • Listen-only for 48 hours — nothing about your shop changes
  • Emergencies still page your on-call tech during the audit
  • Report shows missed calls, would-be jobs, and the dollar figure
  • Delivered by text with a link to your full report — no meeting required to see it. A person follows up after; the numbers arrive first.
  • Your report comes with the next step inside it: a free 14-day live pilot on the same line. One yes starts it — no second sign-up, no card.
  • Callback list included, so you can win jobs back yourself
